I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Regarding Lincoln Location:
Please be sure to carefully read the handbook. I missed the section stating that you must provide 30 days' notice when withdrawing your child from the center. I only gave a two-week notice and am now being charged $650 for the remaining two weeks for my toddler. Additionally, the center has the right to terminate care the same day and still charge you 30 days' tuition.

I am moving my toddler due to several safety and health concerns. While watching the camera in my son’s room, I saw staff members Chloe, Hailey, and the assistant director’s daughter, Kennedy, using the same towel for cleaning tables, as well as toddlers' hands and faces after meals. Despite reporting this to Natasha and Amy, Chloe continued, and today I saw Hailey doing it again. I also saw Hailey change diapers without gloves, then move on to change others and sit down without washing or sanitizing her hands. This likely contributes to frequent illnesses in the room.

My toddler has come home with multiple bite marks, with no incident reports. He's also been sent home for questionable reasons. How can I be held to their handbook when they have repeatedly breached its terms? I’ve seen staff with their backs turned while toddlers play in areas with wood chips and other choking hazards. There are often too many children and not enough staff, and I’m surprised there are no cameras outside.

The infant room experience was better, except for when the assistant director, while covering, forgot to give my son his bottle and blamed absent staff. Tina, Brittany, Emma, and Brandy were great to work with, but once my son moved to the toddler room, concerns increased and were never addressed. I’ve lost all trust in the management. Be cautious and pay attention to who wrote the 5-star reviews before enrolling your child here.

**Update: ** What I meant by the reviews is that employees have falsely increased the rating by posting 5-star reviews. Additionally, when I dropped off my toddler this morning, Chloe refused to take him from me because she "didn't want to talk to me." She had me give my toddler to the older toddler class so they could hand him to her. I shared this with Natasha, and she dismissed it, saying I hurt Chloe's feelings with the review. Again, when I picked him up today, a teacher from the older toddler class had to hand my toddler to me because neither Hailey nor Chloe would talk to me. My 8-year-old son saw this sad and disrespectful behavior at pick-up.

The hygiene issues have been ongoing since April and were first discovered by my mom, then by me while watching the live camera. Clearly, this problem has not been adequately addressed. Today, I also saw Chloe wiping her nose several times with her hand and continuing to serve the toddlers lunch without washing or sanitizing her hands after contact with her nose.

What good is camera access when I never know where my toddler will be? I have found him outside, in the infant room, with the older toddlers(where he has been scratched and bit in his face) or in the area next to the kitchen in the past 6 months. He is never checked in or out of the toddler room when he is placed in a different area. Natasha will say that he is only with the older toddlers for a short time as I have been denied camera access to check on him in the older toddler room. This is simply not true. He is in there far too often.

Message me with questions or meet me for coffee and I will back up that what I am sharing is the truth.
