The owner is a liar and enabler. She lies for her employees and enables them in mistreatment of children. One of my 3 year twin granddaughters was sent home 5/23/2024 WITHOUT any underwear on. Ms Carmen was there, yet she couldn't/wouldn't explain how this happened. This is only 1 of many incidents.
