I came to Mrs.Priscilla Day Care almost 4 years ago.My son was having problems adjusting to a Child Care Center here in Palm Springs.Everyday my son did not want to go the Center in Palm Springs.He would Cry at drop off.This would hurt me to the core.Because as a single mother I had to work for him. I decide that maybe the center is where my son didn't belong.I met a few child care providers in Cathedral City. I felt in my gut that my son would be good in Mrs.Priscilla care.Four years later we are still there. As for my experience my son is Happy there.He even want to go when Mrs.Priscilla Closed on Saturdays. He has a huge smile when we get there. what I love also about Mrs.Priscilla is she still attend collage and take classes to learn about how to do better by the children in her care.I don't know what I am going to do without Mrs.Priscilla as my son leave to kinder.I know in my heart he will do Great.I will forever be Greatful

I have to add.The house has never been dirty ,or never have I seen dog or human poops.As for the many's cars.I have notice that house next door has six cars.I know Mrs.Priscilla has two cars. one for herself and her husband.

My daughter has been in Mrs.Priscilla Day care since the age of 6 months.My daughter is currently 4years old and will be attending TK in August. In my personal experience my daughter has had such a great time . There were several times where my little one did not want to come home with me because she prefer to stay. Moments like that made me feel at ease because I knew that my daughter was cared for. Mrs.Priscilla home has never been dirty or filthy. It is completely orderly and clean, especially where the kids congregate.The children meals are delicious kid friendly, and homemade. Mrs.Priscilla send out the lunch menu at the very beginning of every month . Walking up to Date care my daughter is excited and ready to start her day .This really means a lot to me, especially since I am a single mother I’ve always felt supported heard and understood. I know that I cannot replace Mrs Priscilla. Mrs Priscilla assure me that my daughter is ready to move onto the next stage of her learning, and will do amazing. When I first ask for references. Mrs. Priscilla gave me both parents and children who were in her care that are now adults in college. Everyone has no negative comment to say about Mrs.Priscilla . If I ever decide to have another child . I would definitely use a Mrs Priscilla again.

I feel compelled to inform who it may concern about a series of unpleasant incidents involving Priscilla, my daughter’s former caregiver, as it may prevent a parent/child from enduring what I did in the future. From my very first meeting with Priscilla she made it clear that she felt my child would be problematic because she comes from a single parent household. She was asking me personal questions about my home life, and upon learning that I’m a single mother had the audacity to tell me that children who come from families similar to daughter will most likely have behavioral issues. Those comments made me uncomfortable but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued to take my daughter to the daycare. My daughter is three years old and Priscilla claims my daughter hit her and that she can’t have my daughter in her daycare anymore because she feels she will influence the other children to hit her as well. She gave me less than 24 hours notice and I had to scramble to find someone to watch my daughter as I had to work the following day. Furthermore, my daughter had an incident on January 23, 2024 at daycare that Priscilla did not inform me about until I arrived at her home for pick up. She said the children were throwing hot wheel monster trucks into the air and my daughter walked into it. There were multiple times when random individuals met me at Priscilla’s door at drop off. RCOE is supposed to service as a resource to working parents who need assistance in childcare and it’s alarming to me that Priscilla can pick and choose when to be biased about the children she provides care to and that she can simply drop my daughter without much of a prior notice. Unreliable and judgmental.

Their yard is filthy, mangy dogs in the property and their children cuss like sailors. Do not recommend to keep your children at this place. They are also operating in a different address than registered. Please investigate!

Worst child care center ever! Disgusting trash all over the place, their address is not the one that this child care canter was registered for, the last inspection was 2016?!?! The children are loud, boisterous and cuss like sailors! Dirty diapers and human and dog feces on their front lawn, plus multiple vehicles parking on the road which is a nuisance to other vehicles!

Filthy place, their trash is displayed on the front yard, noisy, unrestrained children, 2 vicious mangy dogs on site, front yard is unkempt, surroundings unclean, their own children cuss like sailors, clients park on the middle of the street or honk their horns loud, workers are not trained, one time their trash was open, smelly with dirty trash & human feces inside. Don’t leave your kids with them!
