I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Kansas Kids came very highly recommended by many people. Our family cannot thank them enough for all that they've done for us over the years. We were blessed to have all three of our children start here as toddlers and now that our youngest is getting to the age where she won't need care, I can't recommend Kansas Kids enough to you. The staff is amazing, teachers, cook and desk employees, everyone has been so sweet and helpful. The staff here potty trained our children. Our children made their first friends here, they were taught the social skills they needed to nurture those relationships. Our children received preschool for no extra cost. All 3 of our children went into kindergarten with the skills they needed to excel in school. This place is amazing!!

I am an employee

Only ONE weeks written notice is required when with drawling a child ... Most centers require two! If proper notice is giving as per our handbook and our signed financial agreement (both in easy to read print) no additional charges would have been added.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Kansas Kids daycare was a horrible experience my child and I. From my experience I was able to notice that most of there staff are rude. There was a couple of times when I would walk in and I would hear the daycare providers gossip about there own employees which I think is unprofessional. I decided to remove my child after another child injured my child. At the end of the day they ended up made me pay for the unwanted service for 2 or 3 weeks. This business would most likely be close if the parents had access to the cameras.

Make sure you read the fine print about having to pay even if your child is not coming. Also having to pay for the week after they stop coming.

About the Provider

Kansas Kids Preschool is a high quality preschool serving the Junction City/Fort Riley area. Kansas Kids has provided part-day preschool for over 20 years. Our part-day preschool classroom is located at 338 W. 5th St. in Junction City, Kansas. Our main office and childcare facility is located at 110 N. Eisenhower. All paperwork is available at our main site. Kansas Kids has many programs available to serve children in the area. It began as a childcare facility with a classroom dedicated to part-day preschool, but has now expanded to include 3 separate buildings. The buildings on Eisenhower are used for childcare programs for infants through school-age children. The 5th Street bulding houses our part-day preschool program, and is used for school-age care when preschool is not in session. The program is based on the Curiosity Corner curriculum, which focuses on language and literacy. Additional activities and concepts are incorporated into our program to supplement and balance the curriculum. This also allows us to adapt our program to meet the needs and interests of the children. Our program is designed to prepare children for kindergarten by providing a variety of experiences. The activities are carefully planned to help children develop social skills while learning the concepts necessary for kindergarten success.
