The owner Deborah was very welcoming to my children and myself during the tour she was very detailed on what happens at her daycare . She reassured me on all of my concerns that I would have with my three children attending her daycare. Her facility was very organized and clean. She expressed to me that if I was not able to leave a car seat, she would be more than willing to provide one for my two youngest children. She had plenty of toys and arts and crafts, for my two oldest children. Thank you Miss Deborah for being so heartwarming towards my children for impressions are truly important to my family and I look forward to using your services very soon once I get approved.

Mitchell-Fielder Family Child Care is great child care service for young children to thrive. Our child has grown tremendously under the program. Mrs. Fielder is a great daycare provider and she is very caring. She genuinely loves taking care of children.

Deborah has been watching my son for about 3 years now. When we first found her, she was very open about how her daycare works, how everything is set up, breakfast and lunch were provided and she answered any questions we had. I was really worried about my son starting a new day because he had just turned one. But Deborah was very reassuring!! She would send me pictures of my son 5 minutes after I left and she would send me pictures and videos throughout the day. Even 3 years later, Deborah still sends me pictures and videos to show me what my son is doing! Deborah is very open in communication and has been very professional. If my son is hurt or becomes sick, she contacts me immediately. This daycare runs more like a pre school. It is a very structured setting with many activities and learning opportunities set up throughout the day. My son has learned so much from this daycare and he loves going there so much!! I am so grateful for Deborah and her care!! I would recommend to everybody!

I am a parent my name is Cecelia Thomas and I know Deborah in real life to all parents out there DO NOT USE DEBORAH MITCHELL-FIELDER as a childcare provider. She scammed me out of $203 dollars for services she NEVER provided for my daughter. I called her with questions and concerns she kept forwarding my calls and ignoring my text messages because I had questions pertaining to a contract she asked me to sign. I recently spoke with her about the money she did not earn and her exact words were "WELL IF THE PARENTS DON'T SHOW UP THAT'S ON THEM." She said it very dismissive and nonchalantly because once she's received payment that's all that matters and she ended the phone call after denying I ever paid her. I Sent her PROOF OF PAYMENT which she continued to ignore any contact from me. She will take your money and then ignore your calls AFTER payment is received. She will ask you to pay her weeks in advance BEFORE childcare is provided because she will NOT GIVE A REFUND even when she's in the wrong and at fault. She is unprofessional as a Business Owner and I will handle the situation legally. PLEASE DO NOT USE HER FOR CHILD CARE SERVICES.

Deborah is well organized, she is calm and caring for her kids and her employer. Always having a things prep for their projects and playing activities
