This place is horrific. They sent home my granddaughter sick EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Not normal daycare sickness... very excessive even for daycare standards. They allowed her to get clinically dehydrated, get a horrible diaper rash, didn't give her a bottle all day and NEVER cleaned. Her clothing would be BLACK from crawling on the filthy floors. They wouldn't allow ppl to come inside, my dtr would arrive and the baby would be screaming and the final straw was when they started sending her home covered in bruises with no explanations. After we complained they cake us difficult ????????
I wish I could give this facility zero stars. They lost my child and when they found her she was covered in bleach. The facility is FILTHY. They cannot keep staff. The staff they do have scream at and physically assault the children. They let babies sit around in dirty diapers and leave the babies in play pens all day. Multiple reports have been filed but the owner will have her attorney threaten to counter sue for defamation of character.
My grandson (2YRS OLD) became very aggressive after he started attending this day care. When we go to discipline him he instantly goes into defense mode. He has come home with bruises, scratches and bite marks on him. He has been removed from this facility. This company has another location in Springfield named Little Treasures Child Care.
I’ve had some good experiences with this daycare, but in the last year, this daycare has gotten worse. When there is an issue, the daycare and/or owner will not communicate with you unless you see it, and then it because of your child faults. The owner will not let you get a word in while talking. She will not take any blame for the lack of communication and/or services. I feel bad that this daycare once was a really good place to take care of kids, but now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
