Based on the condition I found their dog in, roaming the neighborhood, I sure hope they take better care of the children for which they care for. The poor dog was emaciated. They claimed it was not sick and taken cared of, but threatened to call the cops if I filed a report to animal services for neglect. Just something to think about.
