Horrible little child care. The staff are inadequate and cause animosity and conflict with parents and children. They tell lies so that they can send your child home because they are out of ratio and you won’t call dcf!

One place I would NOT recommend to care for your child is Rising Star Academy in Daytona Reasons why: 1) The owner Carly, has had previous offenses with DCF, hence why her husband owns it. But Is never there. They also have fired their own daughter. 2) the turnover rate is absurd , each day your child will be with a different teacher 3) they claim to care about the children, but it’s about the money. They will chew you up and spit you out 4) Not even the staff have anything good to say about it 5) god forbid your child has a tantrum, they will be sent home. They have no sense of dealing with children and behaviors,redirection. Any minor inconvenience they will send Your child home 6)they will lie to you, and no one will be able to tell you what’s going on if something is wrong 7) if your child is consistently injured, and you ask to see the footage - they will tell you no 8 ) the actual owner Steve, is never there and has no idea what’s going on at any given moment 9) you are not allowed in the actual school, just the lobby 10) they claim to be faith based, but are the FURTHEST thing from it My child attended this school. I am trying to spread awareness to other moms. & I am also placing a complaint to DCF against them Small kids can’t speak for themselves. It’s up To us parents to do it for them.
