I haven't heard anything good about this daycare, my friend is having so many issues with this daycare that I wouldn't consider going to this daycare.
My grandkids have been at this daycare center for several years. We love it. I do not understand the other person‘s review. Everyone there is always very helpful. I find the teachers to be some serious, some just kind and enjoying the kids. They carry a lot of responsibility and they take that responsibility seriously. I think most parents are happy with Adventure Planet because it is usually full and has a waiting list. My daughter feels very lucky to have her kids at the center. They understand each child’s personal needs and listen to our concerns. We go to the W. 13th St. location.
My daughter went here for a month and 2 weeks. The ladies in the infant room are nice. But they clipped my daughters nails without permission and took a chunk out of her finger. Then acted like they didn’t know they cut her. The director is very rude and not understanding and yelled at me on the phone multiple times. I do not recommend taking your kids there cause if you have a issue the director will not care and gets defensive and rude.
