Mercy Co-worker Children's Center

The manager needs to be fired, and she assumes things to get around Mercy to let people go. The HR department is not great and does not listen to your concerns. My son was in this center, and the teachers did nothing to help him grow and learn. When he was struggling, the teachers did not care about him. They are uneducated and let family work together, which I do not think is right. They allow the teachers to make up there own schedules throughout the year, which no one ever lets other teachers have certain days off with a friday or monday. The manager play favorites over others and does not care about the other staff or families. There is no educational toys, people coming into the center for a summer camp, and the water play is not great for the students. The teachers are always on their phones and not playing with the children since they talk or gossip. Toxic environment! better centers for your children that cost less!

Worst place ever for your children. To start off with the Manger deos not care for her employees at at and like to fire people for not reason or have done a little mistake and she needs to go but she like play Favoritism with some of the employees there but the good one's will get fire for no reason or a silly mistake. Then when she fire them or let them so she just laughed at them in there fase and hinder there back to. My kid today was crying because the fire on best boys teacher for a silly mistake. Well news flash everyone in the world. Will do a mistake or messaged up. And right after the holidays come on. I talk to the HR PERSON AND SHE DIDN'T CARE AT ALL BECAUSE and the Manger are in it for the money so sad.

Working with children is my priority. It is a job that requires a lot of patience and dedication if I do not feel tired. I like to give love to children to make them know for sure. Experience in this work has taught me to be responsible in every detail.
