If you need reliable childcare, please choose another center. They are quick to close the center down due to a widespread of illness, that should have been avoided with proper sanitation. They will decline any type of refund or credit, leaving you forced to dig deeper in your pockets and hopefully find someone else for 4 days of childcare. This unfortunate situation was handled unprofessionally and resulted in them terminating my children from the center. This decision was made over a private Facebook post, made by myself, to help me understand if this was typical daycare protocol. Although I never mentioned the centers name, my post gained a lot of attention, with the majority of comments agreeing that they should have refunded our money. The owners daughter took it upon herself to message me in the app stating “since you blasted us on Facebook, you will not be returning to the center.” The owner was in the group message and did not make any attempt to contact me about this matter. This matter was handled like a child, instead of a professional. And for that, they should get 0 stars.
