I wish I could leave 0 stars. When MIL arrived to get her, she was face down on the dirty floor, sleeping. This was the first issue.
Knowing this had happened once, husband dropped her off the next morning. Since baby had an appointment that afternoon, we did not tell them that she would be picked up early so that we could get a better idea about what was happening with our baby when we were not there.
When I arrived to get her, I walked in and she was screaming for attention in the swing. The 2 girls who were there informed me that they were trying to encourage my 6 month old teething infant to have some independence.
I chose not to pull her right then and there, and instead asked Lisa (the owner and a teacher in baby's s room) to call me. She admitted to allowing her to sleep on the floor intentionally instead of moving her to a bed.
We had our two sons enrolled for some time. When the mask mandate was in place, the staff would routinely not be wearing them. More often than not we could see them in there without masks. I thought, “They must not care that much about the kids if they can’t wear a mask.” I should have reported them but I trusted that they were being safe. My son got COVID and it proved to me they don’t care. They were rude/insulting. They treat people like garbage and don’t care about kids. We will never be returning there.
