Kids Academy

During Covid, the owners decided to close their business to customers for over a month and decided that customers still owned them tuition for that time. For us, that was about $1200/month. Tried to discuss it with the owner Becky over the phone and was hung up on. Confronted them face to face and was told business have to make money. They didn't understand when I told them multiple times, customers need to be serviced for businesses based around customer service to make money and wouldn't agree to any discount for loss of service. I was told I could take my kids and get the hell out of there if I didn't like it... Overall, the child care wasn't terrible, we just had to remind them to feed my new born a bottle a couple of times and trying to get a response from Becky on anything was always a hassle.

Should do better background checks one employee had 2 drug posession arrest within the last year and a half...

We take our Great Gand daughter there she love's it, she learning in leps & bounds, the staff there are the greatest people an all the kids love them to!!!!!!

The other reviewer clearly knows nothing about this preschool. I have used this daycare/preschool for 5 years and it is a WONDERFUL place for children. They taught my son so much that he was ahead in kindergarten and might I add bored because he knew everything they were learning. The director recently had a baby and is just now coming back to work full time. Her hours are around 8-3, maybe he missed her while dropping off and picking up his child. I have had no problems with the cook there. Everyone there takes good care of my boys. Drop in and say hello and you will know/see what a good place it is. They have been open 8 years and I do not see them closing any time soon!! Also, you do not need a degree to work at a preschool, just a GED and 10 hours of work-shop training. You can google the AR state requirements if concerned. Overall review...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Kids academy is a preschool in a parking lot.
The director is never in and the kitchen cook is mean as a snake. The playground is nothing more then broke hand me downs. Not one teacher there has a degree. This school will be closed shortly due to poor overall standards.
