I am an employee

Kids being hot by other staff and allowed to fight with fists and kicks to each other. Children are left alone so other staff can sit in their friends vehicles and smoke drugs. Staff allowed to b drunk at the daycare.

Staff immediately removed blanket from pack n play. Once I arrived to the facility I talked with helper about practicing safe sleep at all times. Staff and owner will retake safe sleep module online. Staff was written up for not following safe sleep guidelines. House meeting will be taking place immediately to go over safe sleep and any other issues.
