Bradleys School Care at St Andrew

This place doesn't deserve a star. The teachers there are most likely not trained in behavior intervention and basic child development and psychology. If your child is known to misbehave even slightly, they will remove them from the program. My son is three years old and he was kicked out for not following directions and being rowdy. This was his first offense and he didn't cause physical harm to anyone, he was acting like a three-year-old in a new environment. The director refused to take my phone call and was very uncooperative and rude to my husband. Do not enroll your child in this program.

First, this is THE ONLY option for after care if your child is going to St. Andrew's Catholic School. They show movies without first giving a list to the parents to determine what a parent would find appropriate for their child to watch. For example, last year they showed Ringo & Paranorman. I understand that some parents find these acceptable for children to watch; however, if a list is produced a parent such as myself could have easily opted out and asked that my child do another activity during this time. Each time I went to pick up my child the "teacher" was sitting on a bench not paying attention to any of the children. So, the advertised "planned activities" didn't always happen. When I informed the Director of my issues at the start of the year it seemed as if she started to retaliate at my family by saying my son was consistently bad. It was strange to me that he was never bad last year, but only had issues this year after I addressed my issues to the Director. Don't think about telling the school your issues either. After I informed the school about my issues they told after care. Who then decided to ban my child from the program. Way to help out working parents trying to give their child a good education.
