Upstate Childrens Center

We were fortunate to get our son accepted into UCC when he was one, and they were fantastic caregivers for him until he recently went into 4K. I would highly recommend UCC to anyone for daycare. Their staff is caring, attentive and engaging. We are fortunate that our child got to spend so much time with the teachers here!

I had not 1 but 2 children attend this daycare. 1 child in the infant room and the teacher Kaitlyn & Kelsey we’re great; the other 2 not so much. She didn’t want to feed a child early even tho a parent asked. The other child was in the 3 year old room and those teachers were great. The director/owner is always in and out of the office, she plays favorites with not only children at the daycare but employees. I’ve went in to drop my child off late one day and they were sending a little one home with a high fever and the next day the kid was back. I over heard employees talking about the child was back because the kids parents was good friends with The boss. Some of the teachers there are amazing and amazing with the kids. But some of them just done care. And my biggest issue with this place is that if your child bites they take the bottom lip and push it down on their bottom lip and not very easily either. Cynthia & Kathy (in office), Megan, Ali(assistance director), Vanessa, Kerry, Ms.E, Shannon, Taylor, Acacia are the best teachers that are there.
