Little Angel's Child Care & Preschool

On Monday, July 10th, 2023 at approximately 1:10 P.M. I had an impromptu tour of Little Angel’s Child Care and Preschool, located at 1400 N 8th St, Quincy, IL 62301. My GPS got me there without issue, there was convenient parking and the building is easily identifiable. I tried to gain access through three side doors and the main entry doors which were all locked, ensuring the safety and security of the campus, which I appreciate as a parent. I made a phone call and was identified and allowed inside, where I was able to tour the facility and meet the teachers and students. I was able to sit in on some positive reinforcement, the kids were telling me how they were rewarded because they had been using their inside voices (with a movie and snack of their choice). The facility is spacious, feels close-knit and I think any issue that may arise here is not common practice and from listening to staff, they are being proactive and reactive to resolve any current or issues they foresee in the future.
