No stars. Should be shut down after most recent violation with infant death. Va state inspected their cameras and they abused infants, neglected them, put them on their stomachs with blankets over their heads and one died because they didn’t check on them for over 3 hours. Two people who work there are behind bars because of it. They need to be SHUT DOWN. It has been all over the news. Read violations here https://dss.virginia.gov/facility/search/cc2.cgi
