Ann is an abusive caregiver. She physically abused her biological children their entire lives, and she mentally abused her granddaughter. When her granddaughter enlisted in childcare services due to low income, Ann would call CPS on her when she "didn't get her way" with the children. She has cut hair (multiple times with multiple children) without permission during childcare, had children baptized without the parental consent needed, and should not be around children unsupervised. When the childrens mother finally put an end to the services, Ann called CPS for "Physical Abuse" (which was ruled out later). Ann should be in jail for abuse of the system, as well as mental and emotional abuse of her granddaughter.
