I am writing in response ti the review previously posted on here. I have worked at this center for a couple years now and I feel that we are treated well. The management team is always willing to work with us and help us when we need it. We are paid very well, especially compared to what childcare pays in other states. Work life balance has been great. I feel appreciated and cared for. This center has become a sort of family for me in a time when it was so desperately needed.

This establishment treats their employees poorly. The teachers love and care for the children with often little help from superiors. I understand everyone is short-staffed, but this is no excuse to disrespect the workers that do show up everyday with a good attitude. When deciding on a preschool or daycare I strongly encourage you to ask what the supervisors do to help in times of need.
