This place is horrid. I have two kids and they both went there, also worked there for many years and saw the inside of how terrible the management is and how awful most of the staff is. I’ve seen many kids gets verbally, emotionally, and physically abused. I brought it to my boss’s attention, whom is the director to this day, and she blatantly ignored it. Saying she will “handle it” it was never handled. Since I left and took my kids out , some of the aggressive teachers have been called on by other staff there and DCFS has come investigated MULTIPLE times for the exact things I complained about. Because there are no cameras there is no proof besides he/she said allegations. This is why I never called the state. Please, please!!! Do NOT take your babies there. Don’t go anywhere where there isn’t cameras. They protect the kids and the staff.

They are wonderful with my daughter she loves going to play with the other kiddos and her teachers are sweet as can be ??

They mop the floors and let the children walk on them when they are wet so they fall. Also exclude children who are having a hard time adjusting. They leave them out and make them feel worse. Would not recommend.

They are neglectful rude and a danger to children. My son came home with bruises and bumps they were even investigated. He had a goose egg on his head from the employees mopping the floor in the baby room and letting him walk on the wet floor. He’d come home with bruises multiple times and bite marks. After I noticed three huge purple bite marks on the back of his arm when I picked him up, after they admitted they had a biter and they were taking care of the situation, I had to call child family services and report them. No telling how many other children they are abusing or neglecting. Pull your child out of that place.

This business is all about the money. We put our daughter on the wait list and put the application fee down as well as the first 2 weeks of care, per their request. We ended up needing to withdraw our daughter from the waitlist around Christmas time. When I called to speak to someone about the refund for the first two weeks we put down I was told they would speak to the owner and call me back. NEVER got a call back. Called again and spoke to Heather who said she would speak to the owner and call me back. AGAIN, never returned my call. Finally, I called and spoke to Heather again who simply said "Sorry we don't refund any of the 2 weeks you put down." She could have said that from the get go. I asked if they could PLEASE consider a refund as I was not informed of this "policy" when we gave them this money. I basically groveled, and begged. It was right before Christmas and we needed the money. We have 2 small children and a Christmas to fulfill. Didn't matter. Nope wont refund it. Didn't matter that I was not informed of this policy or not. I feel robbed, taken advantage of, and completely disappointed. I am thankful my child ended up not going here. I don't want money hungry, heartless people caring for my baby.
