WUNDERLAND CHILDCARE CTR II (Wunderland Center II)

This provider lets the employees yell and cuss at the kids. One of the employees assaulted my kid. I am going to sue. Working on it. I will have her thrown in jail and will be happy when my child sees justice served. They kicked us out after my child told on the employee. They allow workers to be exposed to Covid and work or Have people with covid in their home and tell them to still come in.IF a child gets covid they do not tell the parents, or lice, chicken pocks, scabes, RSV, croop, pnemonia, etc. This place bullies parents because they are the only ones who take state pay and have baby rooms. They need cameras all around their facility so the abusers that work there can be arrested. They hire people that have backgrounds so bad they can not work there, but let them start before the results are back. I will not stop until i am paid by them or that employee is fired or in jail for assault. We will be seeing you in court soon. BYEEEEE

They hit children when they get angry. The owner is extremely abusive. The owner tells the workers to turn their backs while she disciplines them. Don't bring your kids here.

The workers who manage information refuse to talk about the incidents and wont take action about what's going on.

I have used this provider for over 16 years. Although it sucks to have to take time off work, I appreciate the concern for ALL the children and staff at all centers my children have attended over the years to keep everyone healthy and not spread sickness. I'm actually writing this as I sit here with my daughter sleeping on my chest waiting to go see the doctor soon. I have had my children in other daycares due to not living on the harbor. I would recommend Wunderland to anyone looking for quality care with excellent staff full of compassion and great standards.

This place is a joke wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. My child had a diaper rash after 7 hrs and was treated with the most disrespect after this was brought up. Got told to stop playing the victim and announced in front of everyone at the daycare that it would be aidens last day because of my attitude an attitude That was only present after j got told I missed monday and didn't call when I work Tuesday thru thursday. Didn't know I had to call on my days off. Anyways if you like filth and disrespect this is the place for you

the staff was extremely unorganized. I had to go in every day for a week trying to get the packet of forms to fill out (i ended up giving up) every time i went in there wasn't a soul in site and i waited 5-10 mins before any employee showed up. during that time i watched multiple people walk back to where the children were without being stopped....not only is it immensely unprofessional but it's dangerous. i would never take my child to this place.
