I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Staff is very unfriendly and rude. Family member was treated badly by owner and her child was unattended at drop off. Didn’t leave her at facility due to staff making her feel like she was unwanted and a burden and as we left she rudely s*** the door on us without any word.
