Daycare was understaffed and combined the 1–2-year-old room with the 3–4-year-old room. I asked how many children were in the room and was told 11. The ratio for 1-year olds is 1:6 I tried to communicate with them and see how many of each age were in my son's room and was VERY rudely and dismissively informed that that was "none of my business." However, inquiring about the safely on quality of care my child is receiving is my business and this school is CONSTANTLY out a ratio. It is a safely concern as well as a major red flag. They have a CLOSED-DOOR policy and will not allow you to see your child in their classroom or speak to their teachers. The staff is rude and unprofessional. In addition, they have a lice outbreak they cannot seem to get under control. Beware when looking into this daycare!
