Please do not send your child here! They portray this image of good people, but they really aren’t. The director is very messy, fake, and loves drama. She has majority family members working for her so she tells everyone’s business to them. If there’s confidential information, she will tell it to everyone before the day is over. The 2yr old teacher hits the kids and calls them dumb and retarded. The 3yr old teacher will leave children in their pull ups all day because she refuses to help potty train them. The babies and toddlers get hurt and they have no explanation as to what happened. They use their cell phones all day. The director makes people hide when dcfs comes. The classrooms remain out of ratio every single day. The director sides with her family about everything that goes on. They all talk about each other behind their backs. There’s less work being done because they argue about nonsense. The director does not hold staff members accountable for their actions. They are very understaffed. There is supposed to be 3 teachers in the babies class, 2 in the toddlers class, 2 in the twos class, 2 in the 3s class. Instead there is only one teacher to the each class. The director does not allow time off or she threatens to fire them. She picks and chooses who to give time off to which is usually her family members. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this center. If you’re on the waiting list, forget about it. She says she’ll call you back but she won’t. She makes availability for who she wants. If she knows a person, she will make a spot available. Other than that, you will remain on the waiting list.
