This place is a very poor place for kids to go. Floors are unsafe as my friend and their child almost fell through in a few places. My friend took child out of the daycare because they was always getting sick as well. They also treat some employees better than others and lie to their employees and cut hours from employees who have been there for years to give to new(personal favorite) employees. Do not take children here or work here. Tell anyone you know not to work here or enroll their children here. They let the kids in school run all over the younger ones and if teachers try to help developmentally challenged kids they get told they can't do that.

Owner response : While I understand you are upset with a decision, we unfortunately had to make in regard to employment, I would like to touch on a few things. No one has almost fell through any spot in our floors. The safety of all our children is very important to us so our school kids are across the drive from our preschool and under classes and we would never allow children to hurt other children. Also, we under no circumstances would hinder a child getting the help they need from our staff or therapists if he/she has one. We have several parents that can verify this. These statements are very inaccurate.

At first I liked this company then it all started to change. The bosses were nice at first. Then there was a fourth introduced. Then it all went down hill. All the bosses are not that great about something's but others are fine. Now they are expecting us to be the janitors. They lie to you about what is going on in the place. Most Employees are fine but certain ones are not. You have to be real careful who you talk to and who you trust. The floors are almost falling out in spots and nothing is happening. You don't get paid if they close because of weather. You're lucky you get paid for holidays. When they close for any reason you don't get paid. There is a week in December they close and employees don't get paid. It's so bosses can go on vacation. There are much more I could say but want to protect myself

Owner response : Hello. First we close at Christmas not so we can go on vacation but because in the past we had very low attendance and had talked with our employees and parents at the time and decided we would close however our parents also do not pay for that week that we are closed. You also know we have said several times talking about co workers is very unprofessional and we asked that it stop. We want our employees to come to work and enjoy being here. We do not lie to anyone, you were absolutely told why you had to be let go and it wasn’t a lie. Yes we do expect trash taken out and tables and chairs cleaned and floors mopped daily to keep our kids healthy. This is what would be expected at many jobs similar to ours. Again no one has fallen or almost fallen through our floors. We are state licensed and have inspections often. Your accusations are false and you are more than welcome to contact us directly.

Worked here for a few months this year at the beginning of the year. They allow so many people to call off and then have no one to cover breaks or lunches so a lot of the time no one was able to actually have a proper lunch and would have to wait until all kids were asleep to be able to eat. So I would be working 7:30am to 5:30pm without a lunch or even a proper lunch. Bg checks are questionable because they hired a woman who was arrested on a drug and alcohol charge a couple weeks after starting there. The kids are amazing but the environment and some of the staff are not. Staff would gossip and say negative things about others in front of children sometimes.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My children have been attending this facility since they opened almost 5 years ago. We love the staff and all three owners are easy to work with and care so much for the kids. They have became like family to us. My children love going to daycare and preschool and are learning so much. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of care they receive. I recommend them to everyone.

My daughter has been sick consistently since attending this place. Their charges are ridiculous give you no credit if your child can not attend. this is not a place you want your child to be.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Our children attended Little Rugrats ELC for over a year. (newborn and 2 year old) The owners refused to meet with us when there was an issue and said there was nothing to discuss. As parents, we have the right to meet with our childcare provider to discuss any issues, big or small. They also will not allow any therapist into the daycare so if your child needs OT, PT, or Speech, I would not suggest going with Little Rugrats. The daycare employees were great to work with.
