I just rode by to find a little boy outside the gates on 41st..he cudnt be no more then 4-5 looking back an fourth from the corner like he though he was lost...he had no adult supervision so i asked about his parents and if he goes to the day care.He said my sister dont go to this daycare no so we knock on the door an old lady proceeded to tell me mind my business and he don't have a contract he is not allowed on the property..his moma shud have been here to get him then turn right back around walked back in...leaving the Lil boy again I asked the boy to stay inside the gate then another lady came out also being nasty....telling me if I got a problem call the number on the sign well guess wat I did...and they don't answer ..so i sat there for at least 40 min waiting for someone to pull up..he was only able to give me his mom name and number,his school name ..i proceeded to call the school..Call his mom is was going straight to voice-mail i then called JB Atkinson ..his grandfather eventually pulled up to get him exspain his mom was just in a domestic situation involving police now I've reported neglect ...So I'm just getting a call back at 4:56 from the daycare being nasty about the situation ...So a report has been made
