Things started off great with our infant, but we were given 2 days notice that she was terminating care after we requested our 12 month old continue receiving breastmilk while there (initially stated it was against the food program policy). They would request our child be picked up due to "fever and diarrhea," but at home neither would occur. We always communicated and were open with the provider. Owner was unprofessional, unkind, and retaliated against us by sending our child home and terminating care when we wanted to advocate for what we felt was in OUR child's best interest. They never sent a formal letter to discontinue care, but reported to us they had their attorney reviewing it. Owner even stated she was having a meeting with her staff to close the infant room as they were "over worked and it was all too much." Beware!
