Description: I love kids! I have 4 years daycare experience plus 15 years of babysitting. I started babysitting when I was 12 years old for people in my neighborhood. I became a single mom when my youngest was 1 year old. I started working at a daycare in the town I grew up in. I loved it!! I created activities for the kids to do and we did crafts at least once a week. I moved after working there for a couple years and got a job as a lunch lady. I was terrified and felt a little silly being a lunch lady but grew to love it and talking to the kids as they came through the line. An opening came available at a daycare and I switched jobs. I worked with kids age 2&3 but would occasionally help out with different ages. We had a schedule we followed daily and did some fun activities. I am currently cpr/first aid certified. August 2018 I decided to start working from home to better help my youngest who is autistic get therapy and be able to adjust to being around more people in her own environment and slowly adapt her to other environments. It was one of the best things I’ve done for her and for me! I love all of the kids that have come into my home for care and they have become family to me. I can provide references and you are welcome to come by and meet me any time.
