I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Two of my children attended Bell's recently. And while the academic curriculum is great, and my older child was totally prepared for starting Kindergarten, that was DESPITE the owner and her horrendous attitude and personality, not BECAUSE of her. The teachers were good, but the owner, Stacie Bell, is notoriously an absolute nightmare to deal with on a personal level, which you will inevitably have to do if your child goes there. The turnover with staff is way above normal for a daycare/preschool, with most teachers who leave attributing it to just not being able to work for Stacie as a person. Additionally, one of the long time Directors (15+ years) abruptly left last year due to not being able to stand another day working for Stacie. And I have consistently heard from parents of children at Bell's that they intentionally try to avoid interacting with Stacie at all costs due to her temper and unprofessionalism. She is just simply not a nice person. And at the end of the day, I think most parents simply want their 0-5 year old child to be under the care of someone who is kind-hearted and professional. Not someone who they feel they need to avoid due to a personality defect/issue. Bottom line: If you want your child to learn a lot, Bell's is good. If you want someone in charge of the place who you will need to avoid at all costs, Bell's is probably not the place for you and your child. Edit: I'm sure Stacie will come on here and try to "bash" me personally in retaliation for writing this review. I don't blame her - she doesn't want to lose prospective business. But I have emails and text conversations to prove everything I said above.
