Little Hands Childhood Development Center

Absolutely amazing childcare! Mrs. Lauren, Mrs. Kara, and Mrs. Hannah are phenomenal! My child has progressed tremendously and is learning curriculum every single day. They truly prepare the children for K5! Their love and attentiveness is unmatched! We feel at home at Little Hands!

Little Hands CDC is not a place a child should attend. They are not upfront about what’s happening inside of the daycare. They overcharge you and say it’s a computer glitch when they manually input the amount. There was also a time they misplaced a payment stating the envelope was on the desk but the money wasn’t. When I asked to come and look at the camera because I placed the money into the envelope while I’m front if a camera; they said they would call me back. 5 minutes later they mysteriously found the money. I was over charged in which the owner tried to belittle me verbally as if I wasn’t entitled to my money back. The owner stated she did not have the funds to give me and when law enforcement was contacted by her she somehow found the money to reimburse me. They have very high complaints and there is always DSS out at the site. I thought this was a good childcare, until I was mistreated multiple times. I found out the truth about everything they are trying to hide from parents. They don’t do curriculum with the kids. They even threw away my child’s car seat. They are firing the employees that are speaking out on how they are running a piss poor establishment. Me speaking up for myself she unenrolled my child. I don’t recommend this facility to anyone. Ever since they fired MS. Laquinta the lady who loved her kids and families and had a bond with her staff; things have never been the same. Lauren Austin the owner was very rude to me and I made me feel like I was nobody. I will never recommend this childcare.
