Little Tigers Learning Center

I've been at other centers before and this one by far is the worst - the set up isn't practical for the best care and the admin is useless. The director doesn't know how to run a daycare center, doesn't pay staff enough, and doesn't hire enough staff to keep rooms running smoothly. Admin puts classes AT ratio so there's not an extra pair of hands and when someone is gone, they're scrambling to staff the room. Often classes will find themselves over ratio with kids but admin doesn't care. Everyone knows it comes down to money. The director doesn't want to pay the extra money to get more staff, yet will say the center had made so much in profit. The profit isn't seen by the center or the staff.
