Kid Kountry

My sweet non problematic son was kicked out of this school because they failed to take proper action after he was injured in their care. They are unwilling to allow parents to view the cameras because they are obviously hiding something. The owner called me personally in an attempt to gaslight me into believing that my son was lying about a teacher stepping on his finger, I later found out that it wasn’t even a teacher it was an hall attendant watching the kids from 2 till pickup. And because I believed him over her she kicked him out of the school. It took over a week for them to do any research and initially they said that the teacher admitted that she stepped on his finger but after realizing the seriousness of the injury they retracted any wrong doing. If your child is hurt here do not trust that they will own up to it please report them because they will not report themselves. My son was enrolled here when they were a 4 star facility that’s the only reason I re enrolled him. I’ve been extremely patient and trying to understand that they are trying to get their stuff together. They lack proper staffing, are unwilling to take ownership and the director obviously doesn’t care much about the children. When I went in to meet with the staff about the incident I witnessed several teachers yelling at the students and they tried to play it off as if it were a joke these women seemed frustrated. If your child is enrolled here I would encourage you to speak with your kids and also visit the school without notice. I’m absolutely appalled by the way they handled this situation.

Id give them a 0 if I could!!!! MONEY HANGRY FACILITY!!! Do not expect any kind of sympathy from the owner if you happen to have an injured kiddo!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND VERY DISHONORABLE POINT BLANK!

My children have been at this daycare since 2009. They have been such an important part of raising my boys. My children feel at home there. They are very loved. Of course, in that time frame, we have had minor issues, but all have been resolved quickly. The owners are quick to step in if needed, which i appreciate so much. My oldest son graduated pre-k there was and was reading on a 1st grade level before ever starting kindergarten. There is high staff turnover for afternoon teachers, but i believe you will find that at most facilities. I also work with the state agency, Child Care Licensing, and i know that this facility meets and exceeds all requirements. I’d highly recommend this center to anyone, and regularly do.

We moved to Kid Kountry when we moved across town and we love it! The teachers treat us like family. There is a private splash pad the kids get to play on during the summer and so many fun things for the school age kids. They are Christian based, which is awesome bc our kids do not get that education in the school systems. We love Kid Kountry.

My daughter has been at Kid Kountry since she was 18 months old and we have loved every day of it! She is 5 now and has learned so much! Her teachers have always been so attentive to her through potty training up to teaching her to read. The staff has been amazing and always treated us like family. The facility is kept very organized and clean! She especially loves the garden center on the playground and the splash pad in the summers! During this past school year her pre-K class went on some amazing field trips and she learned so much with their Christian based curriculum.

My boy has attended Kid Kountry for year now. It’s honestly the best experience my wife, my boy and I have had. My boy is always ready to go to school even on the weekends! He loves his teacher Ms.Haley so much; she’s truly the best. She’s taught him so much and we are grateful for Ms.Haley. The directors are awesome as well. Ms.Vikki and Ms.Sharee have done everything in their power to make sure my family is comfortable on the first day of school to making sure our boy has a good day and a successful learning experience. My boy can’t stop talking about how much fun he has in the classroom, playground and on the splash pad!

I just want to let the owner know that I love working here, and the environment at Kid Kountry!

My son has been going to this daycare since he was 2 months old, he is 4 now. He gets the best care and the staff/ owner is amazing. He has learned so much there and his social skills are great! I can’t think of a better place for my child to learn and grow.

We had tried many daycares for my son (I’m a picky mama), but this was by far my favorite. He actually loved going here versus some of the others. He made friends easy, they were always having things planned for the kids to do, and he learned a lot. I also enjoyed the feature of needing a pin to enter the daycare to keep strangers from just walking in. Overall, we loved using this daycare before my son reached school age!

My grandkids have used this daycare since they were infants and are now 4. I love the staff.

I love Kid Kountry! My kids attended here and were always happy and the staff always fixed any problems we had.

My little girl has attended Kid Kountry since she was 14 months old and she is now 3. We love Kid Kountry and all of the staff. The center is clean and she has learned so much! They pray before meals and snacks which I love and feel is so important. She has really enjoyed the splash pad so far this summer. We would recommend Kid Kountry to everyone!

This place is wonderful! My kids love going there & have learned so much! The staff is excellent. You can tell that they really love the kids & the kids love them. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

I wish I could sit here and give you a fantastic review about this daycare. Unfortunately, I just grew tired of the excuses and lack of proper care. The only reason my child stayed as long as she did was because of her teacher! Which only stayed until 1pm everyday.
There are so many teachers at this school that are inexperienced, unable to teach properly, and unable to handle conflict among children without yelling or talking down to the child. I have witnessed this several times. Also, my child came home hungry everyday.. The food being served is not a balanced diet and I doubt if any snacks are being provided like they are suppose to. The leadership claims to fix issues, but only band-aids the problems. Bottom line, if you want your child to watch tv for 3 or 4 hours then this is the place.. I just wanted more for my babies!!

This daycare is not a childcare center I would ever recommend taking you're kids to. I had both of my kids there for two years, and decided to pull them out. You will pay three times as much for a poor daycare then you would pay for a good one. They are constantly getting new teachers in every room, and with that being said you're child will never get comfortable with his/her teacher. If you are a parent that likes to be notified about accidents don't expect that to happen there. There are alot of bad things going on in that daycare. Very money hungry, and do not care about you or you're children's wants or needs. You will regret sending child there.

I love Kid Kountry! I raised all 4 of my kids there! The same teachers are still there & I'm very happy about that! They have learned so much. They learned how to read in the prek classes. They have the best trained staff. My kids were at the top of the class in kindergarten along with the other Kid Kountry children. Two of my kids skipped kindergarten & went to first grade at Hudson Pep, which is an advanced school. Everyone is so nice & friendly. I tell all my friends about that place. It's wonderful! I'm not sure why anyone would talk bad about this Christian center. They care about the kids & teach bible stories. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!

I have 3 children that have attended this daycare off and on for years now. Luckily, all three of them no longer attend. I pulled my youngest son out almost a year ago. Since then and while attending a new daycare, he has flourished! He talks, eats, and is fully potty trained. He did none of these things at Kid Kountry. He was stuck in front of a T.V. all day minus the times he would go outside and get filthy. Taking him out of this daycare was the best thing to ever happen to him. I believe in my heart that the majority of the parents who use this daycare do it for convenience reasons. I also believe that this facility is not truly "Christian" based. They are money hungry though, I can tell you that. This daycare does not have your childs best interest at heart, and if you are thinking about enrolling your kid(s), DON'T do it for convenience reasons. Drive the extra mile to a daycare where the staff actually cares about your child and wants to see them learn and develop. Another bothersome issue is the turnover rate. It is outrageous! There isn't stability in the childrens lives. I hope this helps any of you that are looking to use this daycare.
