Mother Duck Learning Center

I'm a single foster mother of two and active duty military member. One of my foster children was having temper tantrums at this daycare. When my foster child hit another kid Mother Duck gave me a notice saying we need to have a meeting about the foster Childs recent behavior. They also said the child cannot can come back until said meeting. This was Monday. I told the social worker to set it up for the very next day with all parties so we can figure out next steps. Via zoom if possible. The director of mother duck decided that she slept on it (verbatim what she said to my social worker) and decided she didn't want to have the meeting and fully removed my foster child from the daycare with ZERO NOTICE AND 4 PM on Tuesday leaving me stranded. No explanation no nothing. I walk in there everyday in uniform so she knows my situation and the situation of the kids in my care. Her actions not only affect me it affects all of the military members I serve. She has not regard for anyone time or schedule. Ive literally had the kids in my care for two weeks. Then when I went to pick up the child belongings she had bagged it up and moved it to another building without notice. Disgusting behavior! She should be ashamed of herself. I'd never send a child there if this is her behavior!!
