Kim Told us they'd hold the spot We got ready to start Our job Ended up losing the job because They didn't hold our spot like they said they would They practice horrible business practices I'm extremely disappointed in their service I'll never trust a business with my kids If I can't even trust them to keep their damn word The manager Kim Is absolute garbage To do business with I recommend she be replaced Cause it's not OK Too Lie To your customers Especially when they're gonna be counting on you

Step By Step Inc. has been providing quality Early Care & Education programs for children 6 weeks to 11 years old since 1993. Our mission is to provide every child an opportunity to grow and learn in a warm and loving environment. Our five programs are fully licensed as Day Care Centers by the Illinois Dept. of Children and Family Services. Our Alton and Brighton locations offer a part-day Illinois State Board of Education Pre-K program for eligible children. All of our Pre-School programs are conducted in a full day - full care partnership with Head Start. All of our centers also provide a USDA approved food program for all children enrolled. Parents can watch their children via live video from all of our early childhood classrooms. Please go to our camera page for links to our classrooms.
