So our 2 1/2 yr old daughter has been going to that daycare for 2 months and no one ever gave us any paperwork for fees and rules, nothing. The state pays 140$ a week for daycare and it says this childcare is 27$ a day which is 135$ a week so the state covers that amount well 3 weeks into my daughter attending all of a sudden we have hundreds of dollars in fees and they said it’s bc they charge 180$ a week? And then 75$ re-enrollment and 25$ charge bc they hit my bank card and I had it off, but they tried to hit my bank card 3 different times in 1 hour for 3 different amounts, 164.00$ then 80$ then 333.00$?!?!? Like wow so it’s just a huge mess and I refuse to pay anything until we speak to the main person! Something is t right and I hope anyone else who takes their kids here checks their statements! Make sure they’re not gettin over on y’all!
We love Creative Minds! The staff is so positive and interacts so cheerfully with the kids. My son has been going there since he was 4 months old and they have loved on him like family. I feel safe and comfortable dropping him off every morning.
