Stepping Stones Day School and Nursery

I have used this facility for 6 years now. We have added 2 children to our family since finding Stepping Stones and couldn't imagine taking them to anyone else. The owners treat our children like they are their own. Nicole and Liz have gone above and beyond during covid to keep their doors open and provide quality care. We love that have added Bright wheel, we now get a live update of how our boys are doing.

My son did great at this school when he was an infant but when he switched to the 1 year old class room he was surrounded by 11 other one year olds in a small space and he began to bite. I was always told that the biting was nothing to worry about until they threatened to remove us from the school because they had tried everything to get him to stop but there was nothing they could attribute to his behavior. Essentially, he just bit without any provocation. On multiple occasions my husband and I observed the care providers showing videos on their phones and not interacting with the children and their staff turnover rate was high, meaning they were short staffed the majority of the time. My husband and I took him out of this school and the new school figured out the triggers for biting and within 2 weeks was no longer biting others.
