This is the best atmosphere and staff you could ask to have your children in. I refuse to move out of the area because I don't want to lose our daycare family.

If you are a parent seeking care in this facility, as a parent that used this place for 7 years: RUN!
New management began in late May 2022, this review pertains to deficiencies with this new change. New administration basically kicked over 20 families out of their facility because we, as parents raised concerns regarding our children. 1-5 families being kicked out could
Mean unhappy, helicoptering parents, but over 20 families leaving and being kicked out? That is something else. Administration lies to the church board next door as well as the president of the congregation. Perhaps I am giving them too much credit; I spoke to the president of the congregation multiple times, as many other parents did too, and the man was simply dismissive and unyielding.

Returning to daycare’s dynamics: If you as a parent are not satisfied with administration and their rude communication and raise that as a concern, you will be told you are being rude. If you raise concerns regarding the safety of your children, you will be deemed as unsatisfied and won’t be allowed to return.
New management also got rid of dropping school-aged children to at least two elementary schools in the area. They basically did not want to drive to any elementary schools outside their 1-mile radius, this left many parents without options. I was one of those families, new management promised to drop off my child in May; from one day to the other everything changed, they lied and told us their vans broke down.

This is not a bitter review, but as a parent, it is important to have consistency and honesty with those that look after your children. Redeemers had an incredible administration prior to May 2022, we knew that new administration meant new changes, we continued to take our youngest one and had an open mind. This new administration leaves much to be desired however, there is a complete disregard for honesty, consistency, ethic, and professionalism. Please reconsider taking your child to this center.
