NMPreK-C Discovery CDC IV - Anthony (EMERG OPEN)

Let me start off by saying this is one of the worst daycares to take your children too. Yesturday I had a horrible experience with the front desk person Elvira. She always has a horrible attitude never greets anyone once they get there first thing out of her mouth is always "do you have the payment " at least a friendly hello would be nice but never expect anything from this lady. She just sits down always on her phone texring with her long nails all day and if you ask questions she seems bothered and becomes snotty to respond back. Yesturday , I went to go pick up my son from daycare and I had my 2 other children in the car ( 8 months and 6 years ) both were asleep . Rather than to help me out and go get my son who is attending her daycare she wanted me to leave my kids both asleep unattended in the car while she sat down on her phone (as usual) so I can walk to the the back to pull him out of class because she can't do it but other times she always would do it and she does it for other parents. She even suggested I wake them both up not paying any mind that I have to carry in a car seat and have my other child asleep on me to go walk and get him from class. She can't do me that favor seeing that I have a 8 month old and another 6 year old asleep. She is a very mean and nasty lady. She wanted me to struggle so that she can sit down and be on her phone. No thank you. This lady is very sketchy whenever you make payments she doesn't give receipts either seems as if she pockets the money herself. She only tells my boyfriend that they only accept cash payments. What kind of a daycare only accepts cash and doesn't give receipts. Elvira is a sketchy person. Doesn't care about the kids only her paycheck.
