Hands On Learning Childcare

I have used this provider for over 4 years. Both of my children have attended since they were infants and they are now a toddler and a afterschoolers. I love Emma and all her staff. She is professional and provides the best care around and helps out anyone in need. She would give anyone the shirt off her back. She has waived copays. She has given bags of clothes to my family. We love this childcare facility and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Do not enroll your child into this daycare! Both locations are negligent. My child attended the location on Busch St and was abused, malnourished, and bullied. My child has diet restrictions. I gave this daycare a note from his doctor and they disobeyed it. Gave him food that he had sensitivities too, repeatedly, even when i reminded them of his doctors orders. Also, when I would pick him up he would run to me crying, and would be so happy to see me, that he couldn't wait to leave. When Id tell him he was returning, the next day, he would beg and cry and say he never wanted to go back. Numerous times he would come home with scabs, scrapes, bruises, bite marks, scratches, red marks. They failed to notify me about any of these incidents. Which they are supposed to do. Boys will be boys but when they try to hide these things, it looks suspicious. Also most the time when I picked him up, they had to look for him. They had no idea where he was. And when they did find him he was filthy and had a full wet diaper. The whole staff looks like they are either ex drug addicts, current drug addicts, or 18 or younger.
Also one time my child came home referring to his private parts as his "wiggly worm". He would continously speak inappropriately about subjects similar. I've had many bad feelings about him and other kids I knew being sexually assaulted. And so have their mothers. But don't you dare pull your child out because Emma will try to sue you. She's a money hungry POS. Don't trust her or anyone who works for her!
This place is sick!! Even CPS doesn't recommend it! Do your child a favor and take them ANYWHERE ELSE.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE TO ANYONE! IF YOU LOVE YOUR KIDS TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE. WHERE THEYLL ACTUALLY BE CARE FOR.
