The management is awefull in terms of automatic payment. Like i wasted my 40$ (yes they charge 20$ per payment or week if you forgot to pay on Friday) so you must have to remember to pay for following week also they won't invoice a day ahead to remind about your payment and they don't have automatic payment system. Also there were YWCA referral policy so i referred my friend and i should get 100$ discount, It took five months to get that. I had to remind every time to the billing person or in the office. They are old staff no knowledge or computer literacy. They charged extra for full four hours where i mentioned in the form for 3 hrs a day for pre-k and to get the adjustment or refund so much frustrating for us. Don't put your kid here. I had horrible experience. However the teachers were nice so i can give one star for teachers.
