Poor management and staff. From the moment I started working at the center, I felt very unwelcome. I never worked with infants before I started, and I was immediately thrown in without any training. It’s like they expected me to know what to do right away. Especially with this one person, I will straight up say her name is Debbie, is a straight up narcissist. I’ve gone to my supervisors about her many times, and they have done NOTHING about the situation. For 15 years, multiple people had the SAME problem with Debbie and management doesn’t do anything about it. Debbie talks bad about staff, children, and teachers. Very unprofessional and an unpleasant work environment.
