I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This daycare is the worst possible place you could ever bring your child to. I do not feel safe bringing my child here anymore. My daughter was physically and verbally attacked by another child on multiple occasions. After alerting the school director Maribel, she did nothing to protect my child from the bully. She said "You as the parent didn't report it, so there is nothing I can do" Maribel just raised her eyebrows and shrugged her shoulders at me. How can I speak on what happens under their "supervision" no accident nor incident reports were filed. If your child is hurt don't expect to hear it from the school they'll deflect responsibility. I spoke with the owner of the school Grace, she did nothing but create a Toxic/Unsafe environment for my daughter and her mother. The owner comes across extremely immodest. She is rude if we are being truthful. I feel like TLE attempted to sweep the entire situation under the rug & the owner Grace was more concerned about letting me know she owns 5 daycares. When in reality she is incapable of handling one. No teacher or director filed an incident or accident report when my child was attacked on either occasion. The entire staff from director to teachers are poorly trained My daughter had to tell me herself, a four year old. These attacks happened under the supervision and care of not just one but multiple teachers. Your children are not being supervised. The owner grace specifically said "maybe it didn't happen like that, maybe it wasn't a punch." With remarks like that how are you a "DR" with "20" years of experience in childcare. She did not take my daughter getting bullied at her school serious. The truth is kids don't lie about being punched so hard she was winded or when she was told horrible things by another student in a class size of 11 children. The teachers, director, manager & Owner failed my child miserably and did not provide a safe learning environment. The worst daycare center in Broward county undoubtedly.
