I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Daycare is dirty, they leave children crying, accept more children than state limits allow & close frequently with little to no notice. The owner is unprofessional & sent me harassing texts after I arrived at 9:31 instead of 9:30 as she preffered. Terrible experience.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Very caring and compassionate staff at this daycare especially the owner Kelly. She puts her all into ensuring the safety of the children in her care. We've been using her services for 4 years now and couldn't be more pleased with their care.

I am the owner

I am the owner. Yes we have closed several times due to Covid-19 by following the cdc guidelines. We are here to protect our child, and that is what we have done. We have cameras and all parents are aware these are only views if a child is hurt. Like every business around we have lost and gained employees. Just look at the food chain cutting hours to even stay open. We are very professional. This parent was only upset due to having too pay for childcare.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have sadly let my daughter be at this daycare for almost a year. Everyone else has a waiting list in town. They are constantly shut down, sending children home. The owner is very unprofessional. They can’t keep employees they are constantly letting strangers around your child. Some who won’t even talk to you at pickup. They have “cameras” and say they will let you see your child during the day. This is rare. They also have sent videos to me of my child crying, instead of comforting her they vision tape and complain. I do not recommend anyone sending there child to this unprofessional place.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Children sent home sick yet when temp checked at home normal (weird). Happened multiple times. Our baby was left in a room by himself a lot. They did not feed him regularly (worker kept telling my wife he was sleeping so we didn't wake him) (Weird again) Better options available elsewhere. Our daughter dreaded going there but LOVES the new day care (Weird). Owner was very rude when she was notified we where switching!
