Bright Lights Child Care

This is hard to write. My daughter, now 4, has been going here since she was one. She absolutely loved it, was thriving. Then they started going through teachers like tissue, the owner put a very unfriendly woman named Bianca in charge as the Director. Then they switched locations. More new teachers. The owner who my daughter adored, was never there at the school. Ever. She had no idea what was going on at her facility. My daughter out of nowhere began throwing extreme tantrums and refusing to go to school. Clawing at us etc. extremely unusual for her. I went to the owner 4x in a one month span for help, her response to me was “I can’t with you. Unenroll your child from my school.” Apparently asking too many questions upset her. How defensive she became made me investigate. I was appalled. People working there with no background check, etc. she told me she had no infractions, she has 12 mostly serious. One case is open and it’s a neglect case. My advice, this place is NOT AT ALL what it once was, and the state really needs to go in a do a full investigation. I am so upset I was duped for so long. I’m just glad I have my baby out of there. She is so much happier. The difference is night and day. Do your RESEARCH ON THIS PLACE AND HER NEW LOCATION!! Bright Lignts Academy in Springtown, TX

my son had never been to daycare and we decided to take him to this location and he loves it !!! he is always happy and excited to go to daycare and the staff is great and owner is always available to talk and listen , when needed .I would recommend and I wouldn't want my son in any other daycare .
