I have used this provider for less than 6 months

On my first tour I had noticed the place was filthy the bathrooms were in horrible shape the floors were dirty and it's looked as if they had never been cleaned in months I feel the rest of the place it was just as dirty. Cobwebs are on the ceiling as if they had never been wiped down. Nothing was organized in any of the rooms and the teachers themselves looks as if they didn't even take care of themselves as far as being dressed properly or even coming their hair. I felt as if they could not take care of themselves they sure were not going to pay much attention to my child. As I was taking the tour one of the teachers was yelling at one of the children I was not in the room but I was quite far away but could hear her voice as she was yelling at the child in the back of the building, as we toured towards the back I can see that the classroom was full of children and she was just screaming for what reason I do not know but I felt that it was totally uncalled for to speak to any child this manner. As my tour was ending I had asked the director the name of the lady that was doing all the screaming she said her name was Robin. I'd ask her that she always talk that way to the children she replied no she's just having a bad day. That was all I needed to hear on top of the place being in the shape that it was how was definitely not taking my child there. The daycare is situated right next to a trailer park, and it's apparent it looks like the daycare is trailer park also very dirty no professionalism whatsoever and the teachers were doing it seemed to me more harm than good to the children. When I first walked in the one teacher in the school age room was sitting at her desk on her phone with her back to the children I should have known right then and there at this place was not very good they don't pay no attention to the children. This place is really run down. I was referred to this daycare by a close friend of mine who said years ago that it was a top-notch daycare but it seems since the original owner had left and is not running the place no more it has really gone downhill. And it's obvious that it has. My child will not be going there.

I really like the daycare and my 2 kids that attend have nice teachers. My daughter has learned quite a alot. My son cries when I leave sometimes I think he just doesn't want to be their but they assure me he's good. I like it so far since I been there.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My son only went here for a month, and it was more than I could stand. I am giving it 2 stars since his main teacher was nice and they were cheap, but everything else about it was bad. Rundown, overcrowded building, no security or locks, rarely anyone was manning the front desk, and when there were issues (which there were plenty) they made it clear they were not happy to help and didn't know what they were doing. Children wandering the halls. They also broke several laws pertaining to child to teacher ratios in the morning. They would frequently pull the front desk/admin lady in as a floater to try to get closer to the ratio, but that lady had zero interest in interacting with the children and would ignoring crying children (definitely not a qualified group leader) or leave the room. My son hated going, and when I went to pick him up I would find him just standing around bored and desperate to see me (rather than interacting with the toys or adult in the room). At his new daycare, he is always is happily playing when I arrive.
I counted 16 separate violations of the RULES REGULATING CHILD CARE CENTERS code, but I was afraid to report all their numerous code violations for fear of retribution against my son.
I doubt they have cleaned up their act, so just avoid this place.

I saw a van from "A New Generation" driving so recklessly he took a turn so fast he was halfway over the line into oncoming traffic (me). DO NOT TRUST YOUR CHILDREN WITH THEM!!!!!!!
