I have been bringing my son here since he was 6 months old. He absolutely loves Victoria. My family is not Spanish speaking, but Victoria has been speaking Spanish to my son since he started care with her. He's almost 3 now and knows so much! She helped potty train him, has taught him how to count, has daily outdoor time and does tons of crafts with him. She is definitely part of the reason why my son is so well adjusted. I can tell she loves him just as much as we do.
Used this provider for one day. Her hours say 6am-5:30pm, but she says 5pm is her real end time, but all kids are picked up by 4pm...? Day used for childcare; dad dropped child off in the morning and mom messaged provider just to double check on when needing to pick child up; was grouped text by third party number and her number saying that all kids are picked up by 4pm. (still to this day I do not know who the other number was as I did not respond since that was not the contact info from provider.)
Recently reached out to her to see if there were any current openings and now looks like she is trying to charge us for February and March when she never watched my child, just because the dad said he was going to bring him more days, but provider failed to reach out to the MOTHER of child when she was getting no contact from father about child in regard to status of childcare and if she was still watching him.
Currently trying to make payment for the one day she watched him, and will NOT use her for future childcare needs.
Victoria is very patient, responsible and nice with the little kids , adorable women, she also always cook them , delicious food, she have many activities do for the kids.
