Kids Heaven Learning Center

We took a tour of the daycare toward the end of the day. As soon as you walk in there a strong smell of urine, other than the owner giving us a tour the “ teachers” “caregivers” are not friendly and inviting at all. I understand it was towards the end of the day, maybe they were all a lil flustered but we were a new family taking a tour of the facility to potentially leave our children there you would think they would put up a front. We experienced a lot of yelling. There was absolute no care in the world that we were there. The baby room was really sad. The adult we saw was changing a diaper and another baby on a high chair but not a smile not interacting with the babies at all, we even waved hello and they didn’t really care to engage or smile. It looked absolutely miserable in there. It was very sad. The kids were coming back from inside some of them still had food on their faces snot on their face. When we came back in I heard one adult yell at a child “ clean your face” and then took her towards the front since she was being picked up and just heard where the adult was going to give a complaint to the parent. They kept emphasizing that they had cameras but it didn’t really show that they cared with all the yelling. My kids have never been to day care and I have never had to be in one. I don’t know if this is normal but I wasn’t comfortable leaving my children there for even a hour. I understand that parents have no choice and this is their last and best option. I don’t write this to worry them but I couldn’t keep myself from not reviewing my experience. I only hope this will encourage the daycare to get their crap together, or stop accepting children if the load is becoming to much for their staff.

Sabine and her husband the owners should be shut down for what they allow to go on in the daycare and what they let video evidence of get deleted. Why are children 8 and 9 years old allowed to with with toddlers? Why do they have a teenager working alone half the time without proper supervision. Read the state inspection reports and violations they have received and couldnt cover up or hide. But as long as they get the money they dont care. Do your research and dont sent your babies to this place.
