This may come as a surprise but this place is completely unprofessional with no customer service. It’s a shame when you can’t have a meaningful conversation with another adult due to egotistical and immature ego at a place like a daycare. Shardell hires people who have no sense of how to talk to people who pay for their service. She also condones disrespectful staff practices as she stands by her staff no matter the accusations or implications. Just unenrolled my two kids front there this morning as we have grown tired of the blatantly rude and disrespectful treatment from her staff. We have tried to address this in the past but shardell only stood aside and backed her staff. Loyalty is good but what good will that loyalty be when you either end up sued or going out of business. The loyalty should be to the customer! We are the reason you’re able to operate. Treat us parents with dignity and respect. Or get into another business.
