I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Infant and crawler rooms are great. When my child got older they were injured weekly sometimes multiple times a day by other children (staff members children). My child would have bruises that lasted for several days, daycare would try to deny and change their story when asked for incident reports. There were no consequences for the children that were intentionally and repetitively harming others. Instead they had an issue with us not liking that our child was coming home with bruises and teeth imprints from other children. We were also told by staff that our child was left alone in a room with another child and was bit, when i asked to pull the footage and for a report they denied that this happened, even with the bruises to prove it.
